Russia's best friends are Syria, North Korea and China

Among my friends, many good lawyers & attorneys studied law at Tula State University. There is someone to turn to for law consulting or about going to court. In 2021 I am studying for a master's degree and following the life of the Tula State University, which has become the Tula shield and is cover within composite :)

This week, Tula State University boasted that it has signed a cooperation agreement with universities in the Syrian Arab Republic. Interests coincided in the fields of science, culture and patriotism :) 14 Arabs from Syria will study in Russia for Russians budget, and the governor of the Tula region will provide them with a comfortable life in Tula. In fact, there are no points of contact for cooperation with the illegitimate President of Syria - Assad and the Syrian Arab Republic in ruins.

How Syrian Arab Republic looks like today when Putin is dictator:

• the evil skinny dictator Assad is in power,
• Assad and his loyal warriors own the national wealth,
• 90% of the Syrian population lives below the poverty line,
• hunger,
• hyperinflation,
• 6 million refugees left Syrian Arab Republic forever,
• Humanitarian crisis.

There are no topics for cooperation between the civilized world and Syrian Arab Republic.

Success is a partnership between Tula State University and Harvard University, Columbia University and Yale University. However, it will never happen in the Tula region with president Putin & governor of the Tula Region Dyumin. Tula falls up again.
