Guardian: British authorities discussed with the opposition, business and NATO rapprochement with the European Union

Representatives of Britain's governing Conservative Party discussed in "utmost secrecy" with the opposition Labour Party, business representatives and NATO ways of rapprochement with the European Union, writes The Guardian, citing sources.

Michael Gove, the head of the Department of Construction, an associate of Boris Johnson and a supporter of Brexit, as well as major businessmen and representatives of the Labor Party participated in the talks.

The publication said that the theme of the meeting was "What can we and our European neighbors do to make Brexit have a greater effect?"
